2015 was the fourth in a series of drought years, the driest period in Paso Robles history. With a cool spring and very low yield, it produced restrained, elegant and lively wines. The 2015 Cabernet offers aromas of dried raspberry, spice and angostura bitters. The palate carries vivacious acidity with bright cherry, herbs, and anise, tapering to a lingering finish of sweet, fine tannins. This Cab deserves to be paired with meat or hard cheeses.
