2015 Limestone Reserve Cabernet

A dark garnet color and seductive aromas of licorice, red currant, and fresh oregano meld seamlessly to start things off. The palate is dark and elegant with firm peppery tannins and flavors of bing cherry, toasted fennel seed, and cedar. There's concentration and a lingering acidity that makes this wine perfect for food, but also will age for years to come.

• Aged for 20 months in 40% new French oak, 60% once and twice used French oak
