2016 Petite Sirah

​Our 2016 Petite Sirah is the first wine we have barrel aged for more two years, to mellow its varietal power and limestone-influenced acidity. A complex bouquet of dark plum, sagebrush, and comforting wood spice bursts from your purple stained glass. It's a full bodied red with juicy tannins, with enough freshness to balance the brawn. It offers Intense flavors of huckleberry, kirsch, and stone. The extra barrel time is rewarded with softly spicy vanilla notes that remind us of a fine Rioja Reserva. The sensuous finish suggests years of age-worthiness.
