2017 Zinfandel

You'll know this is not your typical jammy Paso Zinfandel, when you smell roses, cherry, and bay leaf wafting from the glass.  The palate is soft and spicy, delivering sappy tannins and dark raspberry flavors, fresh, concentrated and lingering, without a hint of sweetness. This is an unusually good Zinfandel food wine that suggests pairing with pasta and parmesan cheese.

Aged 16 months in French and Hungarian barrels, 20% new
